From the time he was young, Aaron has loved to take things apart; but he really enjoyed putting them back together. It’s his core passion: building up strong businesses that are successful, while also giving back to the community. In 2004, Aaron helped create Deksia and began representing regional and national companies, providing them with innovative branding and advertising. By 2007, he was ready to launch Pazzel, a company that represents his love for creating and his craftsmanship background. Both companies are continuously involved in their community, including Local First and other West Michigan organizations and events. 
Josh is a graduate of Kansas State University, where he obtained his Master of Fine Arts. Soon after, he had the opportunity to live and maintain a studio in New York City (Soho). After two years in the city, he and his family moved back to the Midwest. Currently, Josh is an Associate Professor of Art and Design at Grand View University in Des Moines and the Creative Director at Deksia.
Joshua is a leader in brand management for businesses that need to be needed. With a client geography that spans the nation, Joshua has proven to be an asset to national chains, Fortune 500 companies, various non-profit organizations and new venture start-ups.
