Sales / Business Development

Deksia seeks a passionate business development representative to join our award-winning team. We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who can help build Deksia’s market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. If you enjoy helping companies achieve their goals, connecting with people and small businesses, and are motivated by the unlimited potential to grow your book of business, then this may be the role for you.

Job Accountability:
  • I support my community internally and externally.
  • I strive to be and do my best.
  • I make it fun.
  • I achieve 70 weekly activities.
  • I consistently set 8 meetings per week.
  • I make contact with my existing clients every 60 days.
  • I keep my CRM up to date.
  • I effectively deploy the direction provided to me.
  • I effectively transition clients to the Account Manager.
  • I provide an executive summary quarterly: how to improve our sales efforts.
  • I get it: I understand the inner workings, systems, and responsibilities of my position.
  • I want it: I love to do my job.
  • I have the capacity for it: I have the mental, physical, and emotional ability to do my job.
Requirements:
  • Computer savvy 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sharp personal image
  • Prior experience in a sales / business development role
  • Prior experience managing and growing a book of business
Wishlist Skills:
  • Adobe Suite (InDesign & Illustrator)
  • Teamwork Project Management software
Growth Path:
  • Level 1: Sales / Business Development
