Account Manager

Reports to: Director of Accounts

Roles / What you’ll be held accountable for:

  • Manage Expectations
  • Follow Up & Follow Through 
  • Do the activities to reach 1% net growth 
  • Leadership + Management = Accountability (LMA)

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships
  • Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within the portfolio
  • Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Creates internal and client-facing buy-in while advocating for client
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts
  • Manage interns

Who You Are / Competencies: 

  • 2-4 years experience in account management, client relations, or relevant position 
  • High level, strategic accounts, ability to talk to executive stakeholders
  • Utilizes consultative listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
  • Proactive solution-oriented mindset
