Role 1: Define and Drive Integrated Creative & Content Execution Across All Channels
Summary
Lead and oversee the creative strategy and content effectiveness across all channels, ensuring cohesive brand execution and measurable results. Serve as the primary creative authority, aligning visual identity, messaging, and content across digital, social, and marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated creative and content calendars across all channels
- Provide creative direction, insights, and strategic recommendations to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Identify, adjust, and report on cross-channel creative and content strategy performance
- Oversee the creation and quality of all creative assets including logos, branding, social media content, digital ads, and marketing collateral
Competencies
- Ability to manage projects and creative output across different channels and teams
- Strong understanding of brand identity and visual design principles
Role 2: Set the Creative Standard Through Expert Design and Platform Mastery
Summary
Serve as the creative and content subject matter expert. Maintain hands-on proficiency in design production and platform management to guide the team and ensure quality standards are met across every deliverable.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce brand assets including logos, branding systems, social media graphics, and digital advertising creative
- Ensure creative content is properly formatted, optimized, and published across each platform
- Research industry trends, competitor creative, and identify content and design opportunities
- Direct and review photography, videography, and written content to ensure alignment with brand standards
Competencies
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a senior creative or design role
- Experience producing assets for Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google, and other digital platforms
Role 3: Ensure On-Brand Creative Delivery Across Every Project
Summary
Create, direct, and deliver creative work that is aligned with organizational and client goals within allocated scope and timelines. Balance quality and efficiency while maintaining brand integrity across every project.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and produce original creative content for digital channels; delegate and review work as necessary
- Direct editing, design, and visual asset creation for social channels and digital campaigns
- Work closely with Project Management to understand, develop, and adjust creative timelines
- Conduct creative reviews and provide clear, actionable feedback to elevate team output
Competencies
- Understanding of project scoping, resource forecasting, and budget management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously
Role 4: Build, Inspire, and Elevate a High-Performing Team
Summary
Foster the growth, skill enhancement, and continuous learning of the creative and content team, while helping to educate clients and internal stakeholders on creative best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and maintain accountability for all direct reports on the creative and content team
- Mentor specialists in skillset growth across design, photography/video, writing, and social media
- Cross-train team members as appropriate to build team resilience and coverage
- Conduct performance management including goal setting, reviews, and ongoing feedback
- Manage resource allocation across the team to balance workload and maximize output
Competencies
- Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in a creative leadership or senior creative role
- Strong feedback and communication skills; comfortable presenting creative rationale to stakeholders
