Director of Digital
Reports to: VP of Operations
Roles / What you’ll be held accountable for:
- Ensure that our recommended digital strategies will meet client expectations
- Educate others on digital’s core products, processes, and pricing
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to keep clients on track
- LMA team members at 80% or greater - (Lead Manage & hold Accountable)
Who You Are / Competencies
*Experience:
- 8+ years working in Digital Marketing, building and executing campaign strategies that deliver leads and/or online sales for SMB businesses
- 5+ years pitching budgets or project estimates
- 3+ years building and executing SEO strategies
- Min 1 year managing a team of 3+ direct reports
*Reporting & Analytics tools you'll use:
- GA4
- Google Tag Manager
- Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
- Callrail
- Zapier
- Semrush
*Web platforms you'll leverage:
- WordPress, Shopify, Hubspot, Squarespace
- Leadpages, Unbounce (or similar)
*Email / CRM platforms you'll consult on:
- Hubspot, Mailchimp, Klayvio (or similar)
*Ad Platforms you'll manage:
- Meta
- Google Ads
