Business Development Associate

Reports to: Director of Business Development

Roles / What you’ll be held accountable for:

  • Move the needle today
  • Sell to the client's goals
  • Be an advocate for the client
  • Master the Deksia sales process

Who You Are / Competencies: 

  • 2-4 years experience in sales, business development, or a relevant position
  • Understands & can explain all products and services offered by Deksia
  • Positive trend in turning prospects into new clients via inbound & outbound leads
  • Conducts market research to understand industry trends & best practices for Deksia and its clients
  • Utilizes consultative listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & manages time effectively
  • Proactive solution-oriented mindset
