Reports to: Creative Director

• Independent execution
• Clear, effective archetype-driven content
• Cross department collaboration
• Follow up & follow through

Who You Are / Competencies: 

• 2-4 years experience
• Lead internal collaboration
• Proficient in designing for print and electronic communication solutions using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & XD
• Ability to recommend & evolve software skillset
• Proficient in applying & critiquing typographic usage
• Achieves creative brief direction for client approval requiring minimal rounds of revisions
• Create, critique & evolve assets consistent with brand identity, archetype, & client goals
• Effective time & resource management
• Awareness & employment of industry-related best practices
• Ability to identify & cater content to specific audiences
• Effectively lead & manage interns
