Roles / What you’ll be held accountable for:

  • Project accuracy & efficiency
  • Departmental capacity expansion
  • Continued growth in skillset & efficiency
  • Follow up & follow through

Who You Are / Competencies: 

  • <2 years in digital marketing
  • Basic understanding of SEO & SEM best practices
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Datastudio, Google Tag Manager
  • Working knowledge of other analytical / digital marketing tools: 
    • Google Sheets
    • SuperMetrics
    • CallRail
  • Working knowledge of website CMS platforms:
    • WordPress
    • Shopify
  • Working Knowledge of PPC Platforms:
    • Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
    • Google Ads
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • Etc
  • Ability to build and launch campaigns from direction provided by creative briefs and/or team members
  • Seeking to understand how changes in digital campaigns can impact performance and client ROI
  • Actively increasing skills in managing & optimizing PPC and SEO campaigns across multiple devices
  • Ability to proactively identify & solve problems
  • Collaborative mindset
