ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE

Reports to: Director of Accounts

  • Ability to multitask and deal effectively with changing priorities and deadlines is essential
  • Collaborates effectively with Project Managers & other departments / team members

Essential duties of the position: 

  • Supports Director of Accounts in CRM entry, maintenance, and workflow

  • Works in collaboration with Account Managers and Project Managers to ensure onboarding assets are collected and executed in place with each department.

  • Works with Project Managers and Account Managers to create and maintain client-facing timelines for each project.

  • Maintains sales pipeline and sales marketing materials

  • Works with AMs to cross-check accounts and ensure digital ads are running smoothly.

  • Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution of projects

  • Participates in and organizes team brainstorms both proactively and in response to potential new business and incumbent accounts growth or audits based upon specific client objectives.

  • Gathers examples of account assets for future case studies and sales materials, including screenshots and links of ads, content, etc.

  • Assists Director of Accounts with AR tracking, review, and follow-up with Sales/AMs

  • Supports through miscellaneous tasks including but not limited to client gifting, collection of survey feedback, etc.

  • Assist with the creation of best-in-class sales and growth materials and presentations on assigned accounts.

  • Gather sales and marketing-oriented research for current and prospective clients 

  • Support Director of Accounts on pulling reports, reviewing accounts and identifying opportunities for cross-sell and creating materials to support
