Reports to: VP of Client Growth

Roles / What you’ll be held accountable for:

  • Manage expectations
  • Grow and nurture clients
  • Follow up & follow through
  • Be an advocate for the client

Who You Are / Competencies: 

  • 2-4 years experience in account management, client relations, or relevant position
  • High level, strategic accounts, ability to talk to executive stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate & collaborate across departments
  • Creates internal & clients-facing buy-in while advocating for client
  • Utilizes consultative listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & manages time effectively
  • Proactive solution-oriented mindset
  • Manage interns
