Business Development Executive

Reports to: Director of Business Development (or upward Director)

Roles / What you’ll be held accountable for:

  • Move the needle today
  • Sell to the client's goals
  • Be an advocate for the client
  • Master the Deksia sales process

Who You Are / Competencies: 

  • 4-6 years experience in sales, business development, or a relevant position
  • Train new team members for department
  • Effectively lead & manage interns & apprentices
  • Effectively advises team & clients
  • Understands & can explain all products and services offered by Deksia
  • Consistently turns prospects into new clients via inbound & outbound leads
  • Actively maintains relationships with existing clients for retention
  • Seeks to understand industry trends & best practices
