  • Quality & timelines of deliverables
  • Production decisions & recommendations
  • Cross department collaboration
  • LMA

Who You Are / Competencies

  • 4-6 years experience in digital marketing
  • Ability to adapt digital strategies based on team feedback & reporting metrics
  • Advanced knowledge of pixels, tracking events, & conversion setup best practices
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Datastudio, Google Sheets, SuperMetrics, & CallRail
  • Experienced knowledge of website CMS platforms: WordPress, Shopify
  • Able to build and improve PPC processes and deliverables such as:
    • PPC audits and research methods
    • Web content creation approaches
    • Link building and increasing domain authority
    • Methods for presenting SEO reports, strategies, recommendations, etc.
  • Able to identify issues with PPC campaigns and prioritize solutions to correct performance trends
  • Able to collaboratively identify issues within the department and help to improve solutions
  • Able to help accurately scope, quote, & kickoff PPC projects with our team
