  • HR documentation, policy & protocol
  • Rockstar talent
  • Payroll / benefits
  • Seamless facilities & IT

Who You Are / Competencies: 

  • Ability to screen candidates for hiring manager's review & approval
  • Stay informed on industry trends & best practices
  • Ability to own payroll & benefits and the regular changes that occur with them
  • Seeks to stay informed of laws and regulations that would affect our company and team
  • Ability to manage, archive & secure digital assets, company records, and employee records
