  • Manage expectations
  • Grow and nurture clients
  • Follow up & follow through
  • Be an advocate for the client

Who You Are / Competencies: 

  • 4-6 years experience in account management, client relations, or relevant position
  • Grow team through effective feedback & coaching
  • Train new team members for department
  • Effectively lead & manage interns & apprentices
  • Effectively advices team & clients
  • Strength in navigating and owning relationship with executive stakeholders
  • Consistently identifies opportunities for strategic account growth
  • Proactive solution-oriented mindset
