Roles / What you’ll be held accountable for:

• Quality & timelines of deliverables
• Creative decisions & recommendations
• Cross department collaboration
• LMA

Who You Are / Competencies: 

• 4-6 years experience
• Grow team through effective feedback & coaching
• Train new team members for department
• Effectively lead & manage interns & apprentices
• Effectively advices team
• Spots trends based on pulling together info outside of a domain of expertise
• Scope & quote projects at all levels in department
• Review work that obtains client approval
• Attend client meetings to assist with sales engineering
• Stay informed on industry trends
• Refine images, fonts, & layouts using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, & XD
• Proficiently designing for print and electronic communication solutions
